Purple Monday Organization for Empowerment exists to empower, equip, and elevate youth and families in our communities. Through Thrive Advantage, we deliver educational resources and programs that address prevention, awareness, literacy, and personal growth — meeting young people where they are and giving them tools that matter.

The Program
About Thrive Advantage
Thrive Advantage is the educational resource and learning program arm of Purple Monday Organization for Empowerment. We develop and distribute booklets, facilitated programs, and digital resources focused on youth prevention, awareness, literacy, and personal growth.
Our materials are designed for students from elementary through high school, with content tailored to age group, reading level, and topic relevance. We partner with schools, community organizations, and families to ensure our resources reach the young people who need them most.
From classroom presentations to take-home booklets, Thrive Advantage meets students where they are — and walks alongside them as they grow.
